摘要
近两百年来,在工业化的推动下,城市的快速发展成为人类社会最显著的
进步。当前在我国的城市化进程中,一些城市“摊大饼”式的发展道路滋生了
城市功能混乱、人口大量集聚、城市无序扩张等城市问题。为促进城市与自然
和谐发展、创造良好的人居环境,人们从建筑学、生态学、社会学等多种视角,
提出了许多的解决方法。在这种背景下,绿心环形城市也因其在协调自然环境
系统和人工建设系统中体现出的巨大价值而受到广泛关注,并在国内外的城市
规划建设实践中得以应用。
绿心环形城市的规划思想起源于“田园城市”思想,融合了有机疏散理论,
经过荷兰兰斯塔德地区城市群的实践和发展逐渐清晰,形成为一种适合特定地
域环境和发展阶段的城市发展模式。绿心环形城市模式尊重自然生态环境,因
地制宜,满足城市化发展需求的同时,又避免了对生态环境造成重大破坏。绿
心环形城市充分利用绿心的生态价值,发挥多组团发展的优势,把单中心城市
的功能疏解到其它城区,从而变单中心城市为多组团城市发展,对城市化的健
康推进起到了积极的作用。我国也在上世纪八十年代的乐山城市规划中进行了
绿心环形城市规划实践,之后其它一些城市和地区例如台州等也采用了绿心环
形城市的发展模式。
论文首先分析绿心环形城市的内涵和理论源流,并剖析影响绿心环形城市
形态布局的因素,对具有典型意义的国内外绿心环形城市的规划和建设实践进
行介绍;其次探析绿心环形城市的功能和意义,对其在生态环境方面和多组团
等方面具有的功能进行分析;再次,就绿心环形城市的规划和引导展开分析,
探讨适合绿心城市规划的普遍规律;最后,结合闽清县城市总体规划的规划实
践,进行绿心环形城市的实证研究。
本文通过对城市规划理论的梳理和对相关城市规划建设实践的分析,探讨
绿心环形城市的功能意义和规划引导方法,为绿心环形城市的规划与引导提供
借鉴。

ABSTRACT
With the promotion of industrializing, urbanization have e the most
prominent progress in human society in the last 200 years. Discussion and research on
urban morphology and function have been continuing up to now with the development
of city. In the process of urbanization presently, there have been problems of function
confusion, population convergency and city extending without order which is caused by
the too large a scale constructure of the lot of methods from different viewpoints
of architecture, bionomics, sociology have been taken out to promote city and nature
developing harmoniously, create human settlements well.
The planning thought of the green-core ring city originated from “Garden City”of
Ebenezer Howard, and blended anic evacuation theories of Eliel Saarinen. With
the practice and development in Randstad, it gradually became perspicuity. Eventually,
a kind of urban morphology was formed in city development that was adapted to
particular development stage and region environment. Our country made it into practice
