论文摘要
架空建筑这一具有气候适应性特点的建筑形式广泛分布于各地,对湿热气候和多种
地形的适应性充分体现出其品质。架空作为一种延续至今的古老手法,它在许多现代建筑
类型中都有着广泛应用,本文就此进行深入的研究。
本文遵循“传统品质+现实需要=现代构架”的程式为基础进行全面而深入地探讨,
分析了如何设计现代各类型建筑的架空层。笔者首先详尽地研究了其所固有的四种传统
形态模式,然后以如何布置、设计架空层为重点,通过调研大量的架空层建筑实例并对
其空间进行研究,从空间尺度、空间分割、界面设计、小品设施、绿化水体等影响因素
来分析各种不同建筑类型的架空层,进行比较归纳,找出各类建筑架空层设计的共性与
异性,最后对架空建筑的品质进行总结。以期使得在传统中经受风雨洗礼但在现实中被
遗忘的架空类型和风格具有再生的可能,给现代架空建筑以有机更新和持续开发提供支
持。并藉此为建筑师运用架空解决实际问题提供适时的设计及理论依据。
本文主要分为三个部分:
第一部分主要介绍架空建筑发展状况,分析传统架空建筑各种处理形态、渊源及其
发展过程和它的支撑体系,进而深入地思考其内在的价值,从中归纳总结其品质。
第二部分以第一部分为基础,探讨传统架空方式在现代建筑中的应用及处理方式,
通过分析几种典型架空建筑类型的设计实例,从环境设施、空间处理、功能布置等几方
面来深入探讨如何设计架空层。
第三部分归纳比较几种类型的架空建筑,并提出对现代架空建筑的建议与思考,以
期使得架空建筑设计在未来的发展更加完善。

Abstract
Piled-house, due to its strong adaptation to special climate, has been
distributed world-wide . Its adaptability to the hot and damp weather and various
climate and various geographic places leaves impressive importance. As an
architectural form since ancient time,it has wide application in many mordern
types of buildings. This article hereby intends to illustrate and explore it
thorough.
The article tries to analyze and approach how to design modern ground
floor space of architecture, pliance with mon procedure:
“traditional characteristics+ factual demand = modern framework”. The Author
makes a conclusion on the characteristics of piled house, through researching on
four inherent traditional patterns above all; stressing on how to arrange and
design piled space; analyzing different space built on stilts of mordern buildings
from aspects of space size, space division, interface design,furniture,
landscaping and water bodies etc; comparing and concluding similarity and
difference between the design of various space built on stilts. It is expected that:
