CFB锅炉旋风分离器运行特性分析
摘要
近年来,循环流化床(CFB)燃烧以其特有的清洁、高效的优点飞速发展,得到了越来越广泛的应用。旋风分离器作为气固分离设备用于工业生产已有百余年历史。由于其对大于5的非微细颗粒的较高分离效率、相对简单的整体结构及相对低廉的运行维护费用等突出优势而被各行业广泛应用。循环流化床(CFB)燃烧技术的飞速发展又为旋风分离器开辟了更加广阔的应用空间。
分离器是循环流化床锅炉的关键设备之一。良好的灰循环保证了炉膛温度均匀。分离器效率的高低,对进入固体颗粒中微粒子的捕获率有很大的影响,继而会影响炉膛传热、石灰石的利用和炭的燃尽,所以研究其原理和特点是非常有意义的。
本文首先通过对循环流化床锅炉的灰循环及循环倍率的介绍,分析分离效率与循环倍率之间的关系。然后进行了旋风分离器结构和分离原理的分析、分离效率的测定和运行特性的分析,研究其内部气固两相流运动规律及影响其运行的因素,为获得良好的灰循环和最佳分离效率提供理论依据。本文还简略介绍下目前循环流化床锅炉旋风分离器的最新发展。

ANALYSIS OF THE CYCLONE’S OPERATION IN
CFB BOILER
Abstract
In recent years, Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) combustion has been developed fast and gets more and more applications due to its clean a high efficiency. Because of its simplicity and relatively high collection efficiency for particles of larger than 5, cyclone separator has been used for more than one century as a cheap device for dust removing in many fields of industry. With the high speed developments of bustion technology, the cyclone separator must find wider applications in this field.
Cyclone is one of the key equipment in circulating fluidized bed boiler. Uniform temperature of furnace is ensured by good ash recycling. The value of separation efficiency has a great impact on capture rate of microparticle in solid particles that entered cyclone, and than will affect heat transfer of furnace, the use of limestone and the burnout of coal. So it is very meaningful to research principles and characteristics of cyclone.
First, by introduction of the circulating fluidized bed boiler’s ash recycling and circulation rate, analyses relationship between separation efficiency and circulation rate. Then by discuss cyclone’s frame and principle of separation, determination of separation efficiency and characteristics of cyclone’s operation, Offer theoretical basis for to obtain good ash recycling and optimal separation efficiency.
