摘要

目的:遵张仲景六经辨证理论为指导思想,从汗出的生理病理特点出发,通
过对《伤寒论》中汗出证候的病机分析,探索仲景先师辨治汗出的相关证治规律。
方法:通过分析、整理《伤寒论》中汗出相关条文,从生理、病理的角度分
析、解释汗出现象,对各种纷繁多变的汗出现象进行类比、归纳,再引入六经证
治进行演绎,又参考后世医家的相关研究,进一步探讨汗出证治规律。
结果:在六经病均有各自的汗出特点,临床上通过这些特点的辨别与分析,
准确把握生理汗出与病理汗出,有助于对汗出证的正确诊断与治疗。
结论:尽管汗出现象复杂,但归根结底是人体阴阳相互作用的结果。汗出可
以分而辨六经,也可合而辨阴阳,把握了汗出的生理和病理特点,就能把握人体
的阴阳平衡状态,有助于我们运用六经的辨证方法提高临床疗效。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the treatment rules of perspiration’s diagnosis
and differentiation from Zhangzhongjing based on the physiology and
pathology of perspiration,further supply a effective thinkingmodel guide for
the clinical differentiation and treatment,meanwhile ,give out a new
thinking for the TCM theory study。
Method : I analyzed the related terms in 《Shanghanlun》, further
explained the perspiration phenomenon from the point of physiology and
pathology , then concluded and summarized plex perspiration
phenomenon,deduced with the theory of six meridians differentiation,as
well as the reference from some later doctors’ study。So as to approach the
rules of perspiration。
Result : There are different characteristics of perspiration in six
meridians diseases。We should grasp these key points to promote sweat by
physiology method or pathology method。So it will help us much in clinical
diagnosis and treatment。
Conclusion : Although the perspiration phenomenon is plex,
it is truly the interaction product of human body’s yin and yang 。The
perspiration can be differentiated by the six meridians theory or yin and yang
theory。We will grasp the state of the human body’s yin and yang balance if
we make the perspiration’s characteristics clear,in this way,our clinical
effect would be promoted remarkably。We also can supply good reference to
