【摘要】目的观察加味芍甘附子汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将符合入组标准的70例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例。治疗组给予加味芍甘附子汤,每日1剂,早晚2次口服,共4周,对照组予盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊口服,每次2粒,每日3次,共4周。对治疗前后关节疼痛积分(VAS)变化、Lequesne膝关节骨关节炎严重指数(ISOA)进行比较。结果两组患者治疗后关节疼痛改善都明显优于治疗前(P<);治疗后两组比较,治疗组评分低于对照组,但差异无显著性(P>);结论加味芍甘附子汤可缓解膝骨关节炎患者的关节疼痛症状,有一定的临床疗效。
