摘要
在城乡一体化进程中, 人力资源的配置是构建城乡经济社会发展一体化新格局的关键问题之一。城乡一体化主要是指城乡空间
布局一体化、产业布局一体化、社会发展一体化、生态环境一体化、人力资源一体化。城乡一体化的关键因素是城乡人力资源一体化, 而
城乡人力资源一体化最重要的环节则是城乡人力资源配置一体化。因此, 应科学地确立城乡人力资源配置的目标。
