摘要:为了选育大白菜(Brassica campestris L. ssp pekinensis(Lour.) Olsson)抗黑斑病(Alternaria brassicae)新品种和种质创新,在室内利用6个品种的大白菜研究了接种物浓度、苗龄和温度对大白菜黑斑病发病的影响,结果表明,在(25±1)℃光照培养室内,×104个孢子/×105个孢子/mL的黑斑病病菌孢子悬浮液喷雾接种于苗龄为3~4片真叶的大白菜幼苗,保湿24~48 h,10 d后进行病情调查,可对大白菜种质资源抗黑斑病的抗性进行正确评价。

Study on Resistance Identification Method for Black Spot of Chinese Cabbage at Seedling Stage in Laboratory
