【摘要】目的评价本实验室研制的显色培养基对临床念珠菌的检验效果及其应用价值。方法用本实验室研制的念珠菌显色培养基与沙保罗琼脂培养基对93株临床分离株进行筛选,并比较两种培养基的分离效果。对在本实验室研制的念珠菌显色培养基和科玛嘉念珠菌显色培养基上生长良好的菌株进行初步鉴别,并与API鉴定结果做比较。结果本实验室研制的念珠菌显色培养基的选择性明显优于传统的沙保罗琼脂培养基,特异性与科玛嘉的结果相一致。经API 20C AUX对可疑菌株进行鉴定,%,热带念珠菌的为100%,%,克柔氏念珠菌的为100%,%。结论本实验室研制的念珠菌显色培养基具有特异性高、选择性强的特点,能快速、简便地初步鉴别临床常见念珠菌,适合用于临床样本中念珠菌的检测。

%. Conclusion Chromogenic Candida medium has a good prospect in applying clinical samples of Candida, because it has high specificity and selectivity.
