随着“舟山群岛新区”的诞生,群岛城市舟山将引起广泛的关注,这也将极大推动舟山休闲渔业的壮大与发展。本文首先提出了休闲渔业的相关概述,包括内涵的界定、定位分析和市场特征。其次,从兴起、上升和转型三个阶段介绍了舟山休闲渔业的发展历程。然后,分析了舟山发展休闲渔业的发展现状,主要为发展形态多样、政策环境良好、市场空间扩大、经营收益良好。再次,探讨了舟山发展休闲渔业的气候条件宜人、地理位置独特、自然资源优越、历史底蕴深厚、人力供给丰富、文化内涵丰富等优势和思想观念落后、特色不鲜明、经营模式分散、产业组织缺乏、管理混乱、资源保护不足等劣势。最后对完善舟山休闲渔业的发展提出相关对策,如注重科研投入,建设专业化队伍;加大宣传力度,塑造品牌形象;加强政府扶持,加快产业提升;建立行业组织,合理规划产业布局;统筹兼顾,建立完善的制度;循环发展,实现生态、经济双赢等。

ABSTRACT
With the birth of the new district of Zhoushan Islands, the city of Zhoushan Islands will cause widespread concern, which will greatly promote the Zhoushan recreational fishery e more enhanced and expanding. Firstly, this article presented an overview something about recreational fishery,it is including the definition of content, positioning analysis and market characteristics. Secondly, through the three stages of rise, ascend and trans -formation to introduce the process of recreational fisheries developing in Zhoushan. Then, it is analysis the current development of recreational fishery in Zhoushan Status, mainly for the variety morphological development, good policy environment, a expanded market space, good operating e. Moreover, it is discuss about the advantages in the development of Zhoushan recreational fishery, such as the pleasant climate condition, unique geographical position, superior natural resources, profound historical heritage, the abundant manpower supply, rich cultural connotations and so on.
