【摘要】目的观察异丙肾上腺素致大鼠心衰后心肌细胞对不同浓度的Ca2+和异丙肾上腺素的反应。方法用异丙肾上腺素制作大鼠心衰模型;测血流动力学指标验证;动物随机分为正常组和心衰组;分离心肌细胞测定细胞存活率和单个细胞在不同浓度Ca2+和异丙肾上腺素刺激下的收缩幅度。结果与正常对照组比较,心衰组大鼠血流动力学明显改变(P<),心肌细胞存活率下降(P<),对不同浓度的Ca2+和异丙肾上腺素的反应也较同浓度正常对照组心肌细胞收缩幅度下降(P<)。结论排除神经和体液因素的影响后,心衰大鼠心肌细胞自身对Ca2+和异丙肾上腺素的反应性下降。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the reaction of cardiomyocytes from isoproterenol-induced heart failure rat to different concentrations of calcium and isoproterenol. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into a heart failure group and a control group, with the former used to induce heart failure with isoproterenol. The hemodynamic parameters of the animal and the contraction amplitude and survival rate of isolated cardiomyocytes were examined. pared with those in the control group, the blood pressure and ±dp/dt in heart failure group were decreased significantly (P< ); the cardiomyocyte survival rate and contraction amplitude were significantly reduced (P<). Conclusion With the neural and humoral regulations excluded, the contraction of cardiomyocytes themselves is reduced in isoproterenol-induced heart failure rats.
