摘要
劲性骨架混凝土拱桥填充的混凝土能延缓钢管的局部屈曲,钢管能加强混凝土的抗拉能力,并且提高其抗压强度和延性。此外,在施工中管也是作为一个混凝土的模板。在中国经济快速发展情况下,钢管混凝土成为一个好的钢筋混凝土拱桥或钢拱桥替代品。由于其施工过程为关键,本课题以尤溪大桥施工为背景,为了保证最终的成桥线形和受力状态满足设计要求,为施工控制提供合理的科学依据,需要通过桥梁施工方法和有限元软件,对施工过程采用空间仿真计算。
尤溪大桥拱圈跨度为140m,采用内灌外包技术。分析方法采用容许应立法和应力叠加法。分析过程首先针对客观条件,选用拱桥的施工方法;其次,对施工步骤进行了合理划分,分别论述了各个步骤的内容;然后用有限元软件按照施工过程进行仿真分析。最后输出结果,完成相应计算。
空间仿真计算结果表明:通过施工仿真计算不仅能对整个施工过程进行描述,反映全过程的受力行为,而且还能确定各个施工阶段的合理状态,为施工监测监控提供中间目标状态。施工仿真计算已成为现代桥梁确定静力状态的主要手段,对劲性骨架混凝土拱桥建设具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。

Abstract
Concrete filled steel tube arch bridge can delay the local buckling of steel tubes, and steel also reinforce tensile strength of concrete, and improve pressive strength and ductility .Furthermore, in the construction of the pipe is also used as a concrete template. under the condition of the rapid development of economy in China , Concrete filled steel tube as a perfect reinforced concrete arch bridge or arch replacement. As the construction is the key, the subject which use the construction of Youxi bridge as the background study the space simulation by finite element program to ensure that the final bridge line and stress state meet the design requirements ,moreover provide the rational scientific basis .
Youxi bridge main span is 140m constructed by the pouring -outsourcing technology. Methods of analysis use the allowable stress of method and stress superposition method. Firstly, In view of the objective conditions, this paper select the construction method of arch bridge ; Secondly, the construction steps is divided reasonably and discusses the content of various steps; Then by using the finite element software according to the construction process operates simulation analysis; finally output achievements plete the calculation.
