摘要:本课题的主要内容是矿山排水设备的选型设计及压水室形状对水泵性能的影响。在此课题的设计过程中,主要运用分析、比较等方法,根据矿井安全生产的政策,法规,应用历史设计经验,结合煤炭行业发展现状,以安全可靠为根本,以投入少、运行费用低为原则的设计指导思想来进行综合设计的。
本课题来源与工程实际,因此在设计的过程中,通过多种渠道掌握给排水行业最新信息,初步选择排水方案并对设备选型,进行相关计算,确定设备工况,然后通过校验水泵的吸水高度、排水时间,以及对各方案水泵装置效率的比较,排除不合理的方案,最后再对方案进行经济核算以确定方案的合理性。
有关压水室的专题方面的讨论,进一步优化了水泵的整体结构设计。
