一、用途和主要性能规范Usage and Main function and specification
≤150℃水、蒸气及油品等非腐蚀性的介质管路上作启闭用。
This valve applies to the water, steam or oil pipeline which is unclosing of medium and the pipeline must be the working temperature=<150℃.

二、结构和作用原理Structure and function principle
-16是法兰连接,执行GB15185标准的球阀;Q11F-16是内螺纹连接,执行GB/T8464标准的球阀。The ball valve (Q41F-16) is flange ends; it is according to GB15185 standard; and the ball valve (Q11F-16) is female screw ends, it is according to GB/T8464 standard.
-16由阀体、球体、阀杆、手柄等零件组成,手柄安装与阀杆方头沟槽方向相一致,手柄转动90°,带动球体也相应旋转90°来实现开启和关闭;Q11F-16由阀体、球体、阀杆、手柄等零件组成,手柄安装表示介质流向,手柄与管路轴线平行表示阀门处于开启位置,与管路轴线垂直表示处于关闭位置,靠转动手柄90°来实现开启和关闭。The ball valve (Q41F-16) is made up of valve body, ball, stem, handle lever, and so on.
