提升钢丝绳悬挂装置是提升容器与钢丝绳的连接机构。对于多绳提升来说,除了必须保证连接可靠外,还要求便于每根钢丝绳的调整长度和平衡张力。
JD系列多绳提煤箕斗采用XJ型悬挂装置。这种悬挂装置由XS型楔形绳环、LYT型螺旋液压调绳器和连板组件等组成,它的上部通过楔形绳环与提升钢丝绳连接,下部主连杆用销轴与箕斗框架连接。钢丝绳长度和张力的调整用螺旋液压调绳器来完成。调绳时用手压泵将油压入各油缸中。由于油缸是互相连通的,而且缸径又相同,当载荷全部由油压支承时,每根钢丝绳的张力基本上是平衡的。
XJ型悬挂装置的优点是安全可靠、调绳方便,可迅速实现钢丝绳张力平衡。这种悬挂装置在国内煤炭、冶金各矿井中得到广泛采用。
