摘要:城市交通系统是整个城市经济生活的命脉,当前交通拥堵与城市发展之间的矛盾日益显著。本文从城市道路交通抗拥堵能力的影响因素入手,借助大规模样本数据,采用探索性因子分析法,借助SPSS软件构建了城市道路交通抗拥堵能力的三层指标体系,提出了抵抗交通拥堵的4种能力和8项指标。在此基础上,利用vague集的模糊评判思想和层次熵分析法,建立了城市道路交通抗拥堵能力的模糊评价模型,以实现对交通抵抗交通拥堵能力的识别和定位,并结合实际数据进行了验证和分析。

Abstract: Urban traffic is the lifeblood of the economic life of the city,the contradiction between traffic congestion and urban development is ing increasingly significant now. Starting from the ability of anti-congestion in urban road traffic influencing factors, with the large-scale sample data, authors clustered the causes of traffic congestion by Factor Analysis Method with the help of SPSS. The index system of urban road traffic congestion factors which contained 3-level indicators is teased out, which includes 4 kinds of capacity and 8 indicators of resistance to traffic congestion. On this basis, using vague set of fuzzy judge ideology and hierarchy entropy analysis method, authors built the Fuzzy Evaluation Model of Urban Road Traffic Capacity of Anti-congestion, looking forward to identifying and locating the ability to resist congestion of Road Traffic. By the end of this article, authors take the validation and bined with the actual data.
