摘要
在家电业蓬勃发展的20世纪80年代中后期和20世纪90年代前期,家电企业几乎都在巨额利润的推动下迅速实现了规模扩张。但从20世纪90年代中后期开始,由于城市市场趋于饱和,家电产品供大于求的矛盾日益突出,家电生产企业利润持续下滑,有的甚至已经出现了巨额亏损。尤其近两年来家电市场的不景气,国家颁布新一轮节能下乡政策。
本文以此次节能新政下乡政策为起源,首先根据国内市场环境,通过市场调查、定性、定量等方法对当前家电行业的现状及存在的问题进行分析。第二,分析此番家电下乡政策对家电行业的影响。第三,探讨在新政背景下家电行业发展方向调整。最后,得出结论,家电企业应加强技术创新体系建设,准确进行市场定位,加速行业结构转型,积极寻找寻的经济增长点。

Abstract
Home appliances in the vigorous development of the 1980 s and early 1990 s, the electrical appliances enterprise almost are in huge profit driven quickly realize the scale expansion. But since the 1990 s start, because the city market tends to saturation,electrical appliances product the contradiction of supply exceeds demand, electrical appliances production enterprise profit continued to slide, some even have appeared huge losses. Especially in the past two years home appliance market downturn, the country and issued a new energy saving policy to the countryside.
Based on the New Deal to energy saving policy for origin, first of all, according to the domestic market environment, through the market research, qualitative and quantitative methods, such as the current household electrical appliance industry present situation and the existing problems are analyzed. Second, analysis the "home appliances to the countryside policy on the influence of household electrical appliances industry. Third, this paper discusses the background of the New Deal in the home appliance industry development direction adjustment. Finally, draw the conclusion, home appliance enterprises should strengthen technology innovation system construction, acc
