There has been observation that the HRODT team are falling below the Intel Performance to Value Expectation

Tardiness in meeting & report
Safety/pliance
HR Account will drive the HR Opx Behavior through
Setting & Communicate Clear Expectation
Role Model
Bi-monthly review & assessment of HR performance
Reinforce of the expected behavior through recognition & performance feedback
The following pages are the expected behavior changes in HR starting from Q2 (Performance against Discipline Value)
Ensure a safe, clean & injury-free workplace
Participate in stretching exercise
we need to hit 80% target stretch participation
Dept Ergo Rep need to play active role
Comply with basic safety requirement
Office Ergo; Hold Handrail; Safety Belt;
There should be zero Office SMBWA finding;
Participate in site safety activity,
. ,Respond to Safety Self Assessment Survey
Conduct business with promising integrity & Professionalism
Complete all HR/Site mandatory training
Privacy, Confidentiality, BPX/refresh, Information Security and others as required
Role Model BPX
Seek understanding of guideline and pliance
Raise concern when in doubt
Be educated with key HR process and basic HR guideline/policy knowledge
Wayne will own HR Key Process Education to HR
