摘要
当今大量的大学生到国家基础村政府担任,这种现象有利于新农村建设。凭借他们相当丰富的知识储备、先进的理论、完整的世界观和人生观,为县级地区的经济发展提供了强有力的人才资源的保障,促进了新农村建设,提升了经济发展。实施大学生村官这一制度,顺应了具有中国特色社会主义现代化发展的需求,不但为大学生的成长搭建了平台,更为新农村的科学发展注入了新鲜血液。本文通过理论研究、实际考察,对大学生村官这一群体进行了调研,从了解了“大学生村官”对建设新农村建设的必要性作用、存在的问题以及提出相应的建议等方面进行了阐述。

Abstract
Today a large number of students to the national basic village government as, this phenomenon is conducive to the construction of new countryside. By virtue of their rich knowledge reserve, advanced theory, plete view of the world and life, for the county area economy development provided strong talent resources safeguard, promote new rural construction, promote the economic development. Students village officials of this system, conforming to the socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics and development needs, not only for the growth of college students a platform, more new countryside scientific development has injected fresh blood. In this paper, through theoretical research, practical investigation of the college students, this group undertook survey, from the understanding of the" university student village official" in the construction of new countryside construction necessity, existing problems and puts forward the corresponding suggestions were discussed.

当今大量的大学生到国家基础村政府担任,这种现象有利于新农村建设。不但提高了大学生就业水平,而且促进了新农村的建设,一举两得。党的十六届五中全会提出“建设社会主义新农村”,其中有这样非常重要的一条:建立新农村文化,形成一种具有现代意义的农村文化观。农村的进步、发展、致富,无不离开文化的发展。凭借他们相当丰富的知识储备、先进的理论、完整的世界观和人生观,为县级地区的经济发展提供了强有力的人才资源的保障,促进了新农村建设,从而提升县域经济发展。大学生普遍的志存高远,渴望建功立业,急于求成,一旦有机会,就会急于展现自我,追求其自我价值的实现。大学生的自我实现欲望相对较强烈,毕业生普遍志存高远,胸怀大志,渴望能够建功立业。
本文通过理论研究、实际考察,对大学生村官这一群体进行了调研,从了解了“大学生村官”对建设新农村建设起到的积极的作用、存在的问题以及提出相应的解决对策等方面进行了阐述。
