摘要
奏折制度形成于清代前期,到雍正朝形成定制,乾隆朝逐步发展完善。满文奏折作
为清代特有的少数民族语言官方文书,体现了奏折本身特质的同时,也体现了少数民族
治理国家的文化特色。研究满文奏折,对于研究清代政治文化、民俗文化,满汉关系具
有较为重要的历史意义。雍正朝作为奏折成熟期,被业界广泛关注,并产生了大量研究
成果。其中大部分研究成果集中在研究奏折的运行过程和运行体制上。对于满文奏折作
为历史文献本身的解读仍然具有一定的研究空间。以往对于满文奏折的研究,由于技术
水平、文献翻译等多种原因,不能进行大规模数据分析,其中文献解读和分类分析尚处
于基本停滞状态。随着科学技术的进步、以及跨学科研究的不断开展,通过计算机技术,
解读相关数据,成了我辈一项责任。本文即在前人的研究基础之上,对一些仍未被大量
涉足的领域进行试探性的在研究。本文对于雍正朝满文奏折的再研究,主要集中于通过
对于文献的进一步解读,将雍正朝满文奏折数量、进折人员数量做进一步明确,分析其
变化趋势,区分满汉文奏折使用用途,进一步研究其政治功能。通过对于雍正朝满文奏
折的再研究,将前人已经研究的问题,进行进一步考证;将前人仍未深入涉足的内容进
行系统研究。以达到进一步明确雍正朝满文奏折政治功能的目的。

Abstract
Memorials system formed in the early Qing Dynasty , Yongzheng form to
customize , Qianlong progressive development and improvement . Memorials Manchu
Qing specific minority languages as official documents , reflecting the nature
of the memorial itself , but also reflects the cultural characteristics of
minority govern the country . Research Manchu memorials for the study of the
Qing Dynasty political culture , folk culture , Manchu relations with more
historical significance . Yongzheng as memorials maturity, is widespread concern
in the industry , and generated a lot of research results. Most studies focus
on running processes and system of operation of research memorials . For the
full text of the memorial as a historical document itself still has a certain
