【摘要】目的观察Q开关1064nmNd:YAG激光对面部太田痣的治疗效果。方法用波长1064nm你疗效成正相关,随着治疗次数增多,色斑逐渐变浅。52例面部太田痣中,治愈38例,显效10例,有效4例,% ,副作用轻微。结论 Q开关1064nmNd:YAG激光治疗面部太田痣简便安全、效果明显,是理想的治疗方法。

Analysis of therapeutic effect of Q-switched 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser in treatment of Nevus of Ota:report of 52 Cases

Abstract: 【Objective】To observe clinical effect of Q-switched 1064nm Nd:YAG laser therapy for case with nevus of Ota.【Methods】52 patients with nevus of Ota were treated by Q-switched 1064nm Nd:YAG laser,treatment interval was 3 to 6 months. 【Results】 The therapeutic effect was positively related to the times of more treatment times was,the more light color of melanin was. In 52 cases, 38 cases were cured, 10 cases got perfect, 4 cases got good,the total effective rate was %.Slight reverse reaction was observed. 【Conclusions】Q-switched 1064nm Nd:YAG laser is an effective,safe and perfect method for treating nevus of Ota.

太田痣是一种波及巩膜及同侧面部三叉神经分布区域的色素增多性皮肤病。Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗面部太田痣已在临床广泛开展,我科自2005年7月至2009年9月应用此方法治疗面部太田痣患者52例,取得了满意疗效,现就治疗体会总结如下。
