[摘要]:目的:加强抗生素的应用管理,提高合理用药水平。方法: 抽查住院病历75份,:与卫生部<<抗菌药物临床应用基本原则>>的要求有一定差距,存在着不合理用药情况。结论: 我院住院医嘱中抗菌药物使用不合理的现象较前已有所改善,但离卫生部所要求的规范用药还有较大差别.
[Abstract]: Objective: To strengthen the application of antibiotics andmanagement, improve rational drug use level. Methods: The medical records sampling 75, to check the use of antimicrobial drugs in the doctor's advice. Results: The clinical use of antibiotics with the Ministry of Health << The basic principles of the clinical use of antibiotics >> requirements of the basic principles of a certain gap between the existence of irrational drug use. Conclusion: The phenomenon of irrationaluse of antibiotics in the hospital from his living higher than before the mprovement, but the specification required medication from the Ministry of Health there is a large difference.

根据省卫生厅<<关于印发2011年甘肃省卫生系统抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动方案>>的通知精神,我院药械科临床药学室6月份共抽查住院病历75份,,但离卫生部所要求的规范用药还有较大差别,现将此次抽查中发现的问题总结如下:
<<抗菌药物临床应用基本原则>>中指出:临床抗菌药物的使用主要有:治疗性应用和预防性应用及在特殊病理、,根据患者的症状、体症及血、尿常规等实验室检查结果,初步诊断为细菌性感染者以及经病原学检查确诊为细菌性感染者方有指征应用抗菌药物; 由真菌、结核分歧杆菌、非结核分歧杆菌、支原体、衣原体、螺旋体、立克次体及部分原虫等病原微生物所致的感染亦有指征应
