[摘要] 目的了解某高校大学生食品安全知识、态度及行为现况,并初步探讨营养宣教的干预效果。方法通过营养宣教的方式,采用自制调查问卷,对428名接受干预和未干预在校大学生进行调查,并进行统计学分析。结果不同年龄组间、实验组间的食品安全知识、态度得分差异具有统计学意义(P<<),干预组学生的食品安全知识正确率普遍高于未干预组,大学生的食品安全态度总体状况较好,影响大学生食品安全行为的主要因素是知识和态度(P<)。结论营养宣教对大学生食品安全知识、态度和行为具有一定的积极影响。

[Abstract] Objective To understand the knowledge, attitude and practice of food safety among undergraduates and to investigate the intervention effects of nutrition education. Methods By the way of nutrition education,using questionnaires,428 students interfered or not were investigated and analyzed.
