当今的制造业,在国民经济中占据重要的地位。任何行业的
发展都离不开制造业做铺垫,没有制造业,就没有航空航天事业
的辉煌,也没有深海探索的成就,然而传统的机械制造业已经落
后,传统的加工技术已经跟不上社会发展的需要,那么新的技术
就要与时俱进,当然离不开传统的加工制造技术作为基础。
在线车削加工技术就是新时代发展的需要,从生产成本,经
济效益,资源的利用角度来将,在线修复加工也是必须的,本课
程设计就是对大型水泥生产设备回转窑的运动部件进行在线修复
装置的设计,经过深入实践调查,在正确的理论指导下,设计的
简易机床。其运动形式简单,制造比较容易,在传统技术的指导
下完成的设计。
Abstract 
Today's manufacturing industry, in national economic occupy the 
important position. Any industry development is inseparable from the 
manufacturing  of  groundwork,  no  manufacturing,  there  is  no

achievement,  however  the  traditional  mechanical  manufacturing  has 
backward, the traditional  processing technology  has couldn't  keep  up 
with  the  demand  of  social  development,  so the  new  technology  will 
keep  pace  with  The  Times,  of  course,  without  the  traditional 
processing manufacturing technology as the foundation. 
Online  turning  processing  technology  is  a  new  era  of 
development  needs,  from  the  production  cost,  economic  benefits,  in 
the  use  of  resources  Angle,  to  repair  processing  is  necessary  online, 
this  course  is  designed  for  large  cement  rotary  kiln  production 
equipment  of  moving  parts  for  on­line  repairing  device  design,
