摘要
当今世界经济已经进入了知识经济时代,人力资源成为最宝贵的财富之一,人力资源的重要性逐渐被社会重视。在社会经济的发展过程中,许多经济现象已经不能用传统的经济理论解释,因此新的经济理论逐渐产生和发展。人力资源是会计信息管理的主体和经济发展的支柱。本文从人力资源会计的定义及理论基础、人力资源会计的计量、核算、报告等基础内容研究分析房地产企业人力资源会计的现状和发展前景。人力资源会计是把人力资源作为核算对象,主要是核算其成本,预测供给与需求,分析决策人力资源的投入。通过询问、实地调查、翻阅会计资料等方法,从各个方面对房地产公司人力资源会计的推进和发展展开详细的调查分析。

ABSTRACT
The world economy has entered the era of knowledge economy, human resource has e one of the most valuable wealth. The importance of human resources has been the attention of the society. In the process of socio-economic development, many economic phenomenon has not explained by the traditional economic theory, therefore , the new economic theory of the emergence and development of. Human resource is the main pillar of accounting information management and economic development. This paper from the definition and theoretical foundation of basic content of human resource accounting research to analyze the current situation、adjust accounts、report and development prospect of human resource accounting of real estate enterprises. Human resource accounting is the main man-made management activities, so the human resource accounting ,human resources as the object of accounting is mainly the cost accounting. Is mainly to account the cost、prediction of supply and demand analyze and decide the human resources the method of inquiry, on-the-spot investigation, look over the accounting data process,from the detailed analysis of the investigation and development of Real pany to promote all aspects of human resources accounting.
