摘要
自动不干胶粘贴机主要用于药业、灌装行业等和各种圆瓶(罐)之标签粘贴,实现
自动化.。本设计主要介绍了一种包装机械,贴标机的工作原理及贴标装置主要零部件
的设计过程,对其传动系统进行设计校核,且对供送、分瓶和贴标进行了设计计算。本
次设计主要用于贴圆柱身瓶的不干胶标签。该机适用于食品、调味品、药品、酒类、油
品、化妆品等其他行业的各种圆瓶贴标。其特点是能够完成自动贴标、抚平等工作,
生产效率高。
贴标机整机以精巧的设计,除去机械上不必要的复杂与笨重,以套装式组立保养和
维修无需专业人才即可完成,需要更换产品时,只要简单的调整,便可立刻上线生产。
主要技术特点:输瓶带与本机同步驱动全自动工作进度控制,机电一体化的技术保证了
贴标准确、稳定、可靠和高效。
我设计的贴标机分为标签送标机构的设计,传送带的设计,标签抚压机构设计和控
制部分。贴标机适用制药、食品、轻工、日化等行业的圆形塑料瓶、玻璃瓶等或类似物
体的贴标。该机能自动完成分瓶、送标带、同步分离标签,标贴和自动打印批号,字迹
清晰。工作原理及结构特点:由于该贴标机采用机电一体化的技术,选用大力矩步进电
机驱动,光电控制装臵、电源保护装臵等先进系统,因此具有启动缓冲功能,整体灵敏
度高,低速扭矩大,速度稳定,工作电压稳定,抗干拢能力强等技术特性。

ABSTRACT 
Automatic  labeling  Machine  is  mainly  used  for  the  medicine,  and  filling  industry  and 
various round bottles (cans)in order to automate. This design introduces the working principle 
of a packaging machinery, labeling machines and labeling the main parts of the device design 
process and design check of the transmission system, and for sending subbottle and labeling 
design  .  This  design  is  mainly  used  to  paste  a  sticker  of  the  cylindrical  body  bottle.  The 
machine  is  suitable  for  a  variety  of  food,  spices,  drugs,  alcohol,  oil,  cosmetics,  and  other 
industry round bottle labeling. Its characteristics are able plete the automatic labeling, 
smooth, high production efficiency. 
The  compact  design  of  the  machine  to  remove the  mechanical  unnecessarily  complex 
and  cumbersome,  and  without  suittype  assembly  maintenance  and  repair  professionals  to 
complete,  need  to  replace  the  product,  simple  adjustments  can  be  immediately  online 
production. Main technical characteristics: bottle conveying belt synchronous drive control of 
the automatic progress of work with the machine, electromechanical  integration technology 
ensures accurate labeling, stable, reliable and efficient.
