2006年之后,随着事业单位工资制度改革,高校确立了岗位绩效工资制度。绩效工资制度以按劳付酬为基本原则,通过绩效评估来确定业绩工资。这一带有评价性质的工资制度与教师的利益切身相关,我国高校在实施绩效工资制度之后对教师的积极影响是毋庸置疑的,但是,在该制度的实施过程中,对教师的消极影响也不容忽视。
