玉米C型雄性不育恢复基因Rf5的标记开发研究

摘要:玉米是主要的粮食、饲料及工业加工作物,中国是玉米第二大生产国,提高玉米产量、改善玉米品质和增强玉米抗性。实现玉米生产的高产、优质、广适抗病不仅是常规育种的主要目标,也是生物技术研究的重要内容之一。,本文概述了几种主要的分子标记的基本原理和特点,笔者对SSR标记、InDel标记、Intron标记的原理及优、缺点进行了阐述,并运用上述三种标记设计了相应的引物,并发现了一些具有多态性的引物。ssrSSR引物:umc1792、bnlg1885,chr--1-8、chr--1-14、chr--1-52;intronIntron引物:d-108;indelIndel引物:H-1、H-56、H-118。并用上述引物上了大量群体,得到了一些数据,作图并进行了玉米C型雄性不育恢复基因Rf5的相关研究。

Abstract:Corn is the main food, feed and industrial processing plants, China is the second largest producer of corn, improve maize yield, improve quality and enhance corn corn resistance. Realize the corn production of high yield, high quality,Wide suitable resistance , Not only is the main goal of the conventional breeding, biotechnology is also one of the important research topics,The research of Corn DNA molecular markers started in 1975. Molecular marker is the form markers H cells mark and biochemical mark after developed a kind of new and more ideal ic markers, this paper summarizes several main molecular markers of the basic principle and characteristics, and the advantages and disadvantages of them pared. The author SSR molecular marker, InDel mark, Intron mark of the principles and advantages and disadvantages were introduced, and apply the above three tag design corresponding primers, and found that some of the diversity of primers. SSR primer: umc1792, bnlg1885, CHRChr-5.
