摘要
高校思想政治教育是以马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思
想和科学发展观为指导,以科学的世界观、人生观、价值观为导向,以培养大学生具有
坚定的政治方向、政治信仰、远大的理想信念、强烈的社会使命感和责任感、高尚的道
德情操为目的的教育活动。高校思想政治教育作为一种特殊的教育活动,它不仅具有重
要的社会价值,对社会的经济、政治、文化和生态的发展具有促进作用,而且具有重要
的个体价值,能够促进大学生个体的生存、发展和完善。
高校思想政治教育的价值包括社会价值和个体价值两个方面。在传统的高校思想
政治教育模式中,历来重视的是高校思想政治教育的社会价值,忽视的是高校思想政治
教育的个体价值。在个人主体意识增强、个体价值凸显的当今社会,研究高校思想政治
教育的个体价值及其实现,具有重要的理论意义及现实意义。
全文包括五个部分的内容:第一部分,绪论。阐明了论文选题缘由,选题意义,学
术界相关研究现状,论文研究思路及研究方法。第二部分,从学理的角度探讨了高校思
想政治教育个体价值的理论基础、现实依据和基本内容。第三部分,高校思想政治教育
个体价值实现的现状调查研究。以华中科技大学为研究个案,自制了调查问卷表,于 2010
年 6 月份一次性发放调查问卷 300 份,实际回收 298 份,有效问卷 295 份,对有效问卷
进行了统计分析。第四部分,针对问卷调查结果,具体分析高校思想政治教育个体价值
实现存在的问题。第五部分,由实证到理论的路径,提出了促使高校思想政治教育个体
价值实现的对策。

Abstract
Directed by Marxism-Leninism, Maoism, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the important thought
of “Three Representatives”, the Scientific Outlook on Development , and guided by the
scientific world outlook, outlook on life and values, the ideological and political education in
institutions of higher learning is an educational activity which aims at training university
students with firm political direction, political belief, great ideals, strong sense of social
mission and responsibility as well as noble morality.
The value of ideological and political education in Universities, including social values
and individual values. In the The traditional mode of ideological and political education, pay
attention to ideological and political education of the social value, but neglect the individual
value of the Ideological and Political Education in Universities. In modern society, Conscious
of the individual subject enhances, the individual value Highlights, A Research on the
Individual Value and its Realization of the Ideological and Political Education in Institutions
of Higher Learning has great theoretical and practical meaning.
