摘要
随着智能技术的快速发展,现代医学也开始从传统的医学模式向智能技
术下的新医学模式拓展。而医学模式和医疗手段向高科技的发展趋势必然导
致与其紧密相关的医院建筑的应变和发展。本文紧密结合智能技术给医院建
筑带来的变化,阐述新时期智能技术影响下的医院建筑设计方法。
文章从医院建筑的历史发展开始,分析了不同时期医院建筑的形态及特
点,在介绍智能技术的概念及发展的同时提出了智能技术在医院建筑中应用
的问题。
在提出问题之后,文章阐述了智能技术在医院建筑中应用的必然性与现
实意义;智能技术与医院建筑的结合是通过各种智能系统实现的,智能系统
的设计要考虑到亲人性、经济性、可变性。
随后本文结合建筑实例,经过分析思考,得出智能技术影响下医院建筑
在规划布局上的新形式;在门诊部、住院部、医技部上的建筑规模、工艺流
程、房间布局新特点;对于医院建筑中新出现的智能设备功能空间,文章介
绍了它们的位置、大小、组成、防静电、防水等方面的要求。
智能设备的出现给医院的室内环境提出了新的要求。在光环境上出现了
智能显示终端(显示器)的新要求和创造出用于治疗的丰富色彩的可能性;智
能设备自身产生的噪声进一步强化医院建筑的防噪设计,智能设备提出了新
的音乐医疗手段;在智能监控设备的影响下医院建筑的空气环境跟加宜人。
最后,文章针对我国医院建筑的实际情况,提出传统医院建筑改造的流
程与方法、医院建筑层高、其它设备专业要求等医院建筑在应用智能技术时
应注意的问题。

Abstract
With the developing of intelligence technology, the modern medicine also
starts changing from traditional medicine mode up to the new medical mode of
intelligence technique. And the developing of medical pattern and medical
treatment means lead to the changing of hospital buildings. This article is close to
combine variety of the hospital building in intelligence technology, and setting
the hospital architectural design method in new period.
This article begins from the history’s developing of hospital, and analyses
the characteristic of the hospital building in the different period. While
introducing intelligence technology concept, it brings forward the problem that
