油轮货舱惰化系统分析
[摘要] 油轮货舱惰化系统(IGS)是油轮船上的重要设备。对于油轮防火防爆起着非常重要的作用。在装货之前,应先向货舱充满惰气,航行中要补气。在其他作业中,如洗舱,除气等作业仍然要使用IGS。IGS产生合格的惰气,充入货舱,使货舱中的含氧量降低到一定程度。在这一范围内,燃烧爆炸不能发生,从而达到防火防爆的目的。因此,正确的认识了解,分析IGS,维护该系统的正常运转,对船舶的安全,经济,高效有非常重要的意义。

The analysis of Inertia Gas System of Oil Tanker Hold
[Abstract] The inertia gas system of oil tanker hold is an important equipment on board. It is very considerable for the prevention of fire and explosion on oil tanker. Before loading , filled the holds with inertia gas, adding inertia gas during sea traveling. In other works, such as washing holds, degassing and so on. IGS is indispensable .IGS produces regular gas that filled into the holds to decrease oxygen content to some degree. In this degree, fire and explosion will be prevented, thereby, reach the goal of avoid fire and explosion. So, it is very significant for the safety, economy and high efficiency to the tanker that be acquainted with and analyze the IGS.
