摘要
近年来,随着社会的进步和发展,饮料生产业也进入了高速发展的时期,各种品牌、口味的饮料比比皆是,因此饮料生产企业的生产线设备将会大大增加。
传统的继电器是用来对传统的生产线的控制,在使用过程中会出现,出产效率低,响应速度慢,故障率高,可靠性差,系统的工作状态,故障处理,设备状态监测与维修只能经历一个被动查找故障点。并且第二次故障极易发生,产品的通过率也很低,从而使生产成本变多。然而,随着科技进步,饮料灌装生产线进程正朝着智能化和自动化的目标发展。但是在考虑生产线操作员工以及电气维修工人的实际知识水平,一套基于单指令模式的梯形图,使用户程序编制形象。易学;调试与查错也很方便,就显得十分重要了。
本文论述了PLC强大功能在工厂生产流水线中的应用---可编程控制器PLC在饮料灌装生产线中的应用。并给出了相关的结构图,地址分配表等

ABSTRACT
In recent years, along with the social progress and development, beverage production industry also entered the period of rapid development, all kinds of brand, taste drink everywhere, so beverage production enterprises of production line equipment will be greatly increased.
