摘要
建筑电气技术的发展历程并不长,在古代社会,特别是在电没有发明之前,并没有电气设计的说法。直到今年现代社会,电气设计才逐渐被人们认知,并迅速发展壮大。电气设计的发展与科学技术的发展密不可分,进入信息社会后,电气设计得到了飞跃的发展。人们对电气技术的要求越来越高,各种先进技术都被运用到电气设计中。电气设计发展至今,取得了很大的进步。我国在该国开放以来,与国际上也进行了大量先进技术的交流,大量引进了许多先进的新技术、新产品。我国电气设计业迈上了一个新台阶。
这次毕业设计的目的是通过设计,能够运用所学的专业知识以及与理论实践相结合,了解电气设计的设计思路、相关问题的解决等,还能够提升自己独立思考、分析问题的能力。当然,对以后的工作也是有很大的好处。住宅小区电气设计主要包含了设计的依据,设计的方法,设计的原则和结论。设计内容主要包括强电方面的设计和弱电方面的设计两个部分。强电设计中主要包括:照明设计、插座的设计、供配电系统设计、防雷接地的设计等。弱电设计中主要介绍了有线电视设计、电话系统设计、网络系统设计等。

ABSTRACT
