摘要
食用菌在我国农业经济中位居第6位,仅次于粮、棉、油、菜、果。它由于富含蛋白质、维生素及多种人体所必需的氨基酸而日益受到消费者的青睐。
食用菌生产为我国的农业结构调整、农民脱贫致富和发展外向型农业发挥了重要作用。食用菌的生产种植是属于非耕地生产,是立体、高效的生产,它可利用沙石地、坡地、荒地、盐碱地、林地、房前屋后等各类非耕地,在我国耕地紧缺,食物安全形势严峻的条件下,充分利用非耕地生产食用菌,增加食物供给,其潜力和意义巨大。
就目前的生产状况而言,在我国食用菌的生产仍是以小作坊、小规模手工生产方式为主,这种原始的生产方式极大的限制了我国食用菌产业的健康发展。所以结合上述原因,并在考虑食用菌生产的实际与食用菌种植户的要求的前提条件下,我们将设计一种新型的、实用的食用菌自动接种机。
在此次的设计中,我们通过走访相关的食用菌种植人员,实地考察,市场调查,与种植人员座谈等方式,并在结合我国目前食用菌生产的现状,在参考客户需求的前提条件下,按照现行的生产流程,设计出一套集消毒、打孔、取种、接种为一体的集成化的食用菌接种设备,用以实现食用菌在生产的主要过程中的机械化,自动化,进而大大减轻员工的劳动量,降低生产成本,增强我国食用菌产品在国内国际市场上的竞争力。

EDIBLE FUNGUS INOCULATION OVERALL DESIGN AND THE TOTAL CONTROL SYSTEM DESIGN
ABSTRACT
Among the six edible mushroom in China 's agricultural economy , second only to grain, cotton , oil , vegetables , fruit . It is rich in protein , vitamins and a variety of body essential amino acids are increasingly favored by consumers .
Mushroom production and China's agricultural restructuring, local farmers and the development of export-oriented agriculture has played an important role . Cultivation of edible fungus production is the production of non-cultivated land , is a three-dimensional , efficient production , it can make use of the sand , the slope , wasteland , saline land, forest land , their houses and other types of non- arable land, shortage of arable land in China's food safety the situation is grim conditions , make full use of non - arable land of mushroom , increasing food supply, huge potential and significance .
The current production situation in China 's edible fungus production is still small workshops , small-scale artisanal mode of production -based, this primitive mode of production greatly hampered the healthy development of the mushroom industry in China .Therefore, bination of these reasons, and consider the actual mushroom production and mushroom growers a prerequisite requirements , we will design a new, practical edible fungus inoculation automatic machine .
