摘要
我国公司治理结构存在的问题及其完善对策
摘要:本文阐述了我国公司治理结构的背景和意义,中国正处于经济快速增长阶段,只有源源不断地将社会资金转化为生产发展资金才能保持经济稳定增长,而公司治理结构在这一转化中处于核心地位,起着关键作用。从这个意义上说,公司治理结构关系经济发展全局,公司治理结构的水平将决定经济增长。并结合案例分析了我国公司治理结构存在的问题及其解决对策:完善公司股权结构、加强和改善监事会的监督智能等。

Corporate governance structure, the existing problems and the improvement measures
Abstract: This paper expounds the background of corporate governance structure and meaning, China is in the stage of rapid economic growth, only to be continually social capital into production development funds to maintain steady economic growth, and corporate governance structure in the transformation of core position, plays a key role. In this sense, the corporate governance structure of global economic development, the relationship between corporate governance structure will decide the level of economic growth. Combining case analysis the corporate governance structure, the existing problems and the countermeasures: perfecting corporate equity structure, strengthen and improve the supervision of intelligent, etc.
