摘要
计算计辅助设计(CAD)是当代计算机应用的一个重要领域。随着 CAD 技术和网络
数据库技术的发展,基于网络数据库的标准件库系统得到广泛重视和研究,成为 CAD
应用的重要课题。
本文以三维参数化设计软件 Pro/E 为平台,通过加载 Pro/ TOOLKIT 应用程序,利
用 MFC 集成方式,以 Oracle 为数据库支撑,建立了一个标准完备、扩展容易、安全性
强的标准件库系统。
首先,本论文阐明了课题的提出和意义,对相关文献进行了综述,分析总结了国内
外在标准件库系统方面的研究成果,并介绍了 Pro/E 软件以及其二次开发方法。
然后,使用 Windows DNA 组件技术,提出了基于 C/S 模式的三维参
数化标准件库系统的体系结构,建立了系统的功能模型,并对各功能模块进行了详细阐
述。接着,详细讲解了标准件库的设计方法。
本文详细阐述了 Pro/ TOOLKIT 二次开发方法,利用标准件三维模型的参数化重构
方法,实现了标准件模型的调用。针对本系统非标准件设计,讲解了基于 UDF 的自定
义特征库的设计与实现。
木文最后对全文作了总结,并指出了本课题还有待于进行深入研究的一些问题。

Abstract
CAD (Computer Aided Design) technology is in an important field of the current
application puter. With the development of CAD work database technology,
web-based library of standard parts is ing more and more important and more research
is done on it.
Based on the Pro/E platform, using the Pro/Toolkit and MFC application integration, and
using Oracle as a database manage system, this paper builds a standard parts library system,
which has the characteristics pleteness, expandability and safety.
Firstly, this paper illuminates the background and significance of the research, and
summarizes the correlative articles and the existing research on standard parts library. This
paper also introduces the software Pro/ENGINNER and customized development mothods of
it.
Secondly, the framework of 3-dimension parametric standard library is brought forward
by using the Windows DNA framework (Component Object Model) technology.
And the framework of function module is established. Each function module is explained in
detail. Then, the design approachs and steps of the standaed parts library are described
concretely.
This paper gives the detailed customed development method of Pro/ TOOLKIT. And
realizes the automatic transfer of standard part model by using the method of 3D parametric
reconfiguration. As to the design of nonstandard
