内容摘要
库存是用来支持生产、维护、操作和客户服务为目的而储存的各种物料,而库存管理是对储存的物品进行接收、发放、存储保管等一系列的管理活动,是保证财务收支合法、会计信息真实性的一种内部自我协调、制约和监督的控制系统。实施正确的库存管理方法,降低企业平均资金占用水平,提高存货的流转速度和总资产的流转率来提高企业的效益显得尤为重要。本文在阐明了药品连锁企业库存管理重要性的基础上,从腾飞药品连锁有限责任公司库存管理现状出发,指出了该企业在库存管理中存在的问题。文章在前人研究的基础上,从企业建立合理的库存管理系统,科学的采购计划等方面论述如何对现有的库存管理问题进行改进,使科学的库存管理成为企业核心竞争力的有力工具。

Implement the right inventory management methods to reduce the average level of funds used, it is particularly important to improve the speed of circulation of inventories and total assets turnover rate to improve the efficiency of enterprises. This paper illustrates the importance of pharmaceutical chain enterprises on the basis of inventory management, start from Tengfei drug chain limited pany current situation, pointed out that enterprise in the inventory management problems.
