摘要:区域创新能力作为区域创新体系的核心内容,在很大程度上决定着区域的竞争能力和区域经济的增长速度,而区域智力资本则是决定区域创新能力的决定性因素。本文从理论上阐述分析区域智力资本与区域创新能力之间的关系,以重庆为研究对象,从实证分析证明其相关性,并提出提升重庆市提高区域创新能力的区域智力资本开发策略。

Abstract: Regional innovation ability as the core content of the regional innovation system, decides the petition ability and region economy growth to a great extent, and the regional intellectual capital is the determining factor of regional innovation ability. This paper theoretically analyses the relationship between the regional intellectual capital and regional innovation capability. With Chongqing as the research object, from the empirical analysis shows that its correlation, put forward to promote Chongqing city to enhance regional innovation capability of regional intellectual capital development strategy.
