摘要
我国中小企业对于增加国家财政税收,促进就业,稳定社会以及推进国家自主创新、产业发展等方面有着举足轻重的作用和重大贡献。但是,资金短缺、融资难的问题一直是中小企业的一大困扰,并成为中小企业生存发展的瓶颈,并已被社会各界所关注。
本文首先从中小企业的相关概念入手,陈述了中小企业、融资等概念,并对不对称信息理论、信息匹配供给理论、金融制度理论进行概述。其次分析了中小企业的发展现状,发现中小企业存从银行获取贷款难,获取资金成本高,获取资金的渠道单一等问题,并针对发现的问题分析其问题所在。最后针对发现的问题,借鉴美国,英国,日本等发达国家中小企业的发展经验,从我国中小企业自身、金融机构、政府三个方面对中小企业提出改善经营管理,增加专门针对中小企业的金融机构以及加强政府对中小企业立法政策方面扶植等有效的建议和对策,以期能缓解我国中小企业融资难的问题。
中小企业融资难问题的研究具有深远意义。可以帮助我国中小企业解决当前发展中存在的问题;对于社会的稳定,就业范围的扩大,财政税收的增加具有现实意义。

Abstract
SMEs in China is a product of reform and opening up. After 30 years of development, SMEs increasingly e the main force of China's economic development, China's economic development an important integral part. However, the problem of financing has been a major problem restricting the development of SMEs.
Firstly, SME financing concepts from the start, stating the relevant concepts and theories SME financing, financing overview. Secondly, analyzes the development of SMEs, bank credit is difficult to find direct financing difficulties, the high cost of financing problems and analyze the causes for the problems identified. Finally, for the problems identified, to learn from the development experience of SMEs than the United States, Britain, Japan and other developed countries, small and medium enterprises from the country itself, financial institutions, overnments proposed three aspects of SMEs to improve management, increase specifically for SME finance institutions and the strengthening of government policy on SME support legislation and other measures and proposals with a view to alleviate the financing problem of SMEs.
Through the study of the financing of SMEs, help solve the current development of SMEs in China; there is conducive to social stability, increase employment, increase fiscal revenue; conducive to the overall development of our national economy.
