【摘要】目的:评价对餐饮业服务人员的艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为等干预的效果。方法:在包头市某一食品一条街以饭店为单位分为干预组、对照组,干预组对餐饮服务人员开展综合干预工作。在干预前后分别对两组开展1次问卷调查,调查内容包括调查对象的一般情况、艾滋病相关知识、行为状况等,并进行比较。结果:经过干预,调查对象艾滋病知晓率在传播途径、 %、 %、 % %、 % %;在当家人感染HIV时,歧视情况明显改变;最近一次与固定性伴和商业性伴安全套使用率明显增加。结论:针对餐饮业服务人员的干预促进了餐饮业中流动人群对艾滋病知识的掌握和安全性行为的采用。

Abstract Objective: To evaluate the intervention effect on catering service workers' AIDS-related knowledge, attitude and behaviors. Methods: 10 medium and small restaurants in a food street in Baotou were divided into the intervention group and the control group, and in the intervention prehensive intervention was carried out. A questionnaire investigation was made of general background information, AIDS-related knowledge and behavior status among the catering service workers before and after the intervention, with parison of data made.
