摘要:目的研究自由呼吸状态下应用三维导航技术行冠状动脉磁共振血管造影(CMRA)的成像技术,并评价此技术在缺血性心脏病方面的诊断价值。,自由呼吸下状态下,应用脂肪抑制、心电向量门控、真性稳态快速进动回波成像(B-TFE)序列多角度双斜面扫描,结合三维自动导航技术(3D-SELF-Navigator)对35例受检者进行CMRA成像。结果全部受检者均能合作完成检查。左冠状动脉主干、%(),%()。结论自由呼吸实时导航结合B-TFE序列CMRA对冠状动脉主干及主要分支显示满意,可初步用于临床缺血性心脏病患者的筛选检查。
