Abstract
Objective:Observation of Xianlinggubao(XLGB) capsule, Glucosamine Sulfate
Capsules , and two bination treat as early as mid knee osteoarthritis
(oseteoarthiritis, OA) and clinical curative effect. Understand the role of their respective
characteristics for drug standardized treatment knee arthritis provide effective
evidence-based medical evidence.
Methods:Choose the standard 200 cases ,they are divided into four groups,
proprietary Chinese medicine group 50 cases, western medicine group 50 cases, combined
treatment group 50 cases and control 50 cases. Finally summarizes material, choose
statistical software for statistical data processing, every two groups matching t
test, p < are statistically significant.
Results:Proprietary Chinese medicine group and control group ,after treatment,
WOMAC index rating value increased is poor, two group has the difference (P < ).
Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group of patients WOMAC index
scores are lower, especially in traditional Chinese medicine group WOMAC body function
index rating is down significantly, western medicine group WOMAC pain score index is
not significant decline proprietary Chinese medicine group, but the two groups before and
after treatment WOMAC pain index score does not have significant difference (P > ).
Before and after treatment WOMAC total score less two group index was not statistically
significant (P > ). Western medicine with a control group of WOMAC index score
knee before and after treatment WOMAC index score dropped significantly, the decline
was significantly increased score than that. The two groups have been before and after
