摘要
随着我国社会经济的快速发展,社会对高校人才培养的要求也不断提高,
高等教育在满足精英培养的同时,需要培养大量高素质的应用型人才以满足社
会需要,高等教育大众化是发展的必然趋势。在这种形势下,作为应用型人才
培养主体的地方本科院校,其人才培养也应与时倶进,符合社会需求。但实际
情况中,地方本科院校的人才培养质量处境较为尴尬,学生的理论水平和研究
能力不如一流的重点院校,实践能力又不及高职高专的。因此地方本科院校应
在定位于培养应用型人才目标的基础上,结合学校的自身发展情况,对培养过
程中的培养方案、课程体系、教学方法等因素进行深入改革,建立符合学校自
身定位与发展方向的人才培养模式是当务之急。
本文通过对中原工学院在应用型人才培养中存在的现实问题进行探讨和研
究,根据对学校进行的实地调查等信息,分析我国地方高等院校在办学中存在
的共性问题,并结合中原工学院的实际办学情况,提出相应的发展、改革策
略,同时针对办学过程中所遇到的普遍问题,为其他院校提出切实可行的解决
方案, 以促进我国高等教育的发展。

W ith the rap id develop m ent of econom y in ou r country, society fo r personnel
training requirem ents im proves contin uou sly . H igh er education n eed s to satisfy th e
req uirem ents of elite ed ucation , at th e sam e tim e, it also need to cultivate a large
num b er of h igh qu ality app lied talents to m eet th e n eeds of m unity .T he
pop ularization of higher education is an inevitab le trend . In such a situation ? as the
m ain body of the applied talents training, L ocal universities and colleges of
undergraduate course, its personn el trainin g sh ould also keep up w ith the tim es and
m eet the social dem and . B ut in actu al condition s, th e personnel training quality
situ ation of local un dergradu ate colleges course is m ore aw k w ard, th e students'
theoretical level and th e research ab ility are in ferior to the first-class k ey colleges and
universities, and the p ractical ability is inferior to th e higher v ocational an d technical
