摘要:目的探讨端粒酶活性在子宫颈癌组织发生发展中的作用及临床应用价值. 方法采用PCR-TRAP微孔杂交法检测45例子宫颈癌组织标本和8例正常的子宫颈组织的端粒酶活性. 结果 %,其中宫颈癌Ⅰ期27例,%,宫颈癌Ⅱ期12例,阳性率100%,宫颈癌Ⅲ期6例,阳性率100%.8例正常宫颈组织中未检测出端粒酶阳性者. 结论端粒酶活性表达在子宫颈癌的发生发展中起重要的作用,端粒酶活性检测对指导宫颈癌的诊断和治疗具有重要意义.

端粒是真核细胞染色体末端的特殊结构,有重要的生物学功能,端粒酶是使端粒延伸的反转录DNA聚合酶,是由RNA和蛋白质组成的核糖核酸蛋白质酶,蛋白质组分具有催化活性,以RNA组分为模板,以端粒3’末端为引物,合成端粒重复序列[1] .1994年Kim等[2] 利用PCR技术建立了高敏感的TRAP(Telomeric repeat
