【摘要】当前我国高校在人才培养模式上存在着诸多弊端和不足,主要表现在重知识轻能力、重传承轻创新、重守业轻创业、重单一型轻复合型等方面,构建创新人才培养模式,成为当前我国高等学校共同关注的重要课题,因此探索创新人才培养模式具有十分重要的意义。本文结合广东药学院生命科学与生物制药学院在学科与专业建设中的实践,探索如何利用本学科资源(如科研、学术成果、科研仪器设备等),培养本科生的创新能力,进而创建生物医药类专业创新型人才的培养模式。

Abstract:Currently, there are many malpractices and deficiencies in the personnel training mode in institutions of higher learning in our country, mainly displaying in the aspects of attaching more importance on knowledge than ability, more importance on inheritance than innovation, more importance on safeguarding ones heritage than carving out, more importance on singularity than multiskills. Therefore, constructing an innovative personnel training mode es mon task of significance for institutions of higher learning in our country. This paper, integrating the practice of Life
science &amp; Biopharmaceutical School, Guangdong College of Pharmacy, in the construction of discipline and speciality, explores how to raise the undergraduate students innovative ability, by using the resources of this discipline (such as the results of scientific research, academic achievement, scientific research instrumentation and equipment), to further establishing the training mode of biomedicine specialized innovative personnel.
