摘要
伴随着科学技术的日新月异和信息化进程的加快,我国已经发展成为世界上
最大的建筑市场之一,但是与之不相匹配的是建筑行业领域技术的更新发展却很
缓慢。在传统建筑行业中存在着很多问题,如信息流失、表达模糊、材料损耗严
重和效率低下等,为此迫切的需要一种新的技术和理念来改变这一现状。基于这
一背景,BIM(Building Information Modeling,建筑信息模型)技术应运而生。
BIM 技术是以“信息”为核心,贯穿了建筑物的全生命周期,它的出现掀起
了建筑业的新一轮革命。而建筑行业的信息化发展在很大程度上取决于建筑施工
阶段的信息化程度。因此就针对于建筑施工领域提出了提出了本文研究课题——
基于 BIM 的虚拟施工技术应用研究。
本论文在介绍和总结已有 BIM 技术和虚拟施工技术的基础上,从建筑施工现
状和实际需求出发,分析和研究了 BIM 在建筑工程中的应用;然后通过专业建模
软件与软件开发平台相结合的方式,对虚拟施工技术应用实践进行了研究探索,
实现了建筑施工过程的可视化管理;并结合二次开发实现了 BIM 模型中特定信息
的获取和构件之间碰撞检测功能,为建筑物的后续施工提供强大的技术支持。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of science information technology, China has
developed into one of the the world's largest construction market. But the contrast is
indeed the update of the technology in the field of construction industry development
is very slow. There are a lot of problems in the traditional construction industry, such
as the loss of information, expression of vague, serious deterioration of materials and
inefficient, for which we urgently need a new technology and ideas to change this
situation. Against this background, the BIM technology came into being.
BIM technology is based on "information" as the core, It runs through the whole
life cycle of the building, it set off a new round of revolution of the construction
industry. The information level of the construction industry depends largely on the
level of information in the construction phase. Therefore, for in construction are
brought forward in the field, this paper puts forward the subject—The Research of
Virtual Construction Technology Based-on BIM.
