建设项目施工前各阶段 B IM应用方受益情况研究

摘要:随着建筑信息模型(B IM )的应用日趋广泛,其应用效果受到学界和业界的高度关注。不少科研机构、行
业协会、企业都对其应用作过研究,但目前的研究多局限于个例,难以从整体上把握其应用效果。本文在对北
美和欧洲应用 B IM的 21个建设项目的调研结果进行汇总后,统计分析了 B IM在施工前各阶段应用过程中项目
各参与方的受益情况。分析结果表明: B IM 受益面比较广,业主、设计方、承包商、政府、材料供应商、设施管理
方都是受益者,其中业主和设计方是最大的受益方,且受益程度要明显高于其他参与方,但各方具体的受益面
都不尽相同。
