Company valuation has been booming in China in recent years. There are two
reasons that can explain this phenomena, one is economy globalization and increasing
foreign investment in China, the other lies in lots of corporations of our own rapidly
growing along with high speed economic development of China seek expansion in
scale. These two drive tremendously development of investment 、 Merger &
Acquisition and regroup. pany valuation for business in trades is needed
much more than before.
There is a large gap between China and western countries like the United States or
European countries in theory research and practice pany valuation.
For case
study and practicing, our researchers and experts also lack many experiences. The
urgent task for us is to try our best to improve level of theory and case practicing in
this field so as to push forward development pany valuation industry in our
country.
Based on the view above, the paper is supposed to get an efficient and feasible
method and process for pany valuation through the real case analysis.
All begin with introduction of valuation theory in the world,the paper descripted
the history、current situation and prospect of software industry, combine main stream
methods of valuation and real case of UFIDA, draw a conclusion of reasonable way
for pany valuation finally.
