【摘要】目的观察复方口服避孕药(COCs)炔雌醇环丙孕酮(ethinylestradiol/cyproterone acetate )对青春期女性骨矿物质密度(BMD)的影响。方法选择134例年龄16~18岁女性应用炔雌醇环丙孕酮,用药24个月;选择115例年龄16~18岁从未应用激素避孕药女性做对照;应用双能X线吸收法测量腰椎和股骨颈骨矿物质密度。%%;%%;用药2年后,炔雌醇环丙孕酮组与对照组相比骨矿物质密度差异无显著性(P>)。结论年龄16~18岁女性应用炔雌醇环丙孕酮避孕药2年对骨矿物质密度没有不利影响。

[Abstract]ObjectiveThe objective of the study is pare adolescents' bone mineral density (BMD) between users of ethinylestradiol/cyproterone acetate and nonhormonal control subjects. MethodsThe study included 134 women aged between 16 and 18 years using ethinylestradiol/cyproterone acetate for 24 months and 115 women aged between 16 and 18 years using nonhormonal contraception as control subjects.
