摘要:目的观察***、咪达唑仑、丙泊酚联合用于静脉麻醉诱导和维持过程中对生理指标的影响. 方法对60例不同手术患者采用***、咪达唑仑、丙泊酚诱导,静脉持续输注咪达唑仑、丙泊酚,间断注射***与维库溴铵维持静脉复合麻醉,持续监测ECG,BP,HR,SpO
2 ,PetCO2 . 结果血流动力学指标变化不大,生理反应平稳,无并发症. 结论全凭静脉复合麻醉适用于各类外科手术的麻醉要求.

0 引言
目前,随着各类超短效、副作用少的新型静脉***的临床应用,对于全凭静脉全身麻醉能否满足各种手术的要求,***、咪达唑仑、丙泊酚和维库溴铵复合静脉麻醉时60例各外科手术患者生理指标的变化,为临床进一步推广应用提供参考.
1 对象和方法
对象各类手术患者60(男42,女18)例,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ,年龄15~75岁,体质量48~,心脏手术20例,胸腹部手术20例,脊柱四肢手术8例,烧伤2例,排除妊娠和服用抗精神病药物的患者.
