[摘要]:云出版环境下,出版行业的复杂环境使图书馆与出版商之间的关系也变得错综复杂。
同时,云出版环境下用户需求的变化也对出版商和图书馆提出了新的要求,随着出版模式的
变化、出版商对图书馆的电子书服务模式和电子书定价提出了更为苛刻的要求,再加上数字
版权的限制,使两者关系处于紧张状态。而两者虽然存在不同的利益需求但可以实现权益平
衡和互利共赢,两者的合作对于应对市场变化、制定电子资源定价策略和标准规范、培养用
户健康的阅读习惯、促进滞销书的有效利用和鼓励个人出版和开放出版等有重要作用。

[Abstract]:In the cloud publishing environment, plex environment of
the publishing industry leads to plicated relationship between libraries
and publishers. At the same time, new demands are needed to reply the
change of the user habits in the cloud publishing environment. As the change
of the mode of publishing, libraries face with a harsh condition in service
models, pricing strategies about the electronic resources and add the digital
rights restrictions, the libraries and the publishers are facing a tension time.
Although they have different conductive needs, they can work together to cope
with plex publishing environment and win more, they can work
together to respond to market changes, draft the law of the electronic
resources pricing strategy and standards, help the reader to develop a good
habit of reading, make the effective use of the unpopular books and encourage
